What if a debutante became a spy? What if no one was whom they seemed? What if my cat could talk? What if he wasn’t a cat at all? What if my family was secretly magical? These might seem like insane questions to the average person, but in my house, they are the starting point for some incredible adventures.
I firmly believe that magic is all around us. And I don’t necessarily mean the woowoo kind. There is magic in moving to a foreign country, getting married, having children, quitting a job, and starting something new. But magic also hides within the mundane, if you’re brave enough to look for it.
